What do you think of the green space? The community facilities? The sense of community? Do you think repairs are done well? Are rents and service charges value for money? Are the landlords responsive?
We’re planning on showing a series of resident voices at our Annual General Meeting like this one. Videos should be no longer than one minute. It’s fine to record them on your smartphone. You can see the entries so far on our YouTube channel

The residents association committee will choose their three favourites from amongst the entries. These three will be put to an audience vote at our Annual General Meeting. The winner will receive a £50 book token.
Anyone can enter providing they are 18 or over when they submit their entry. But only residents who are not on the committee will be eligible for the prize. Please do not include images of people under 18 in your video. All entries will be uploaded to our YouTube channel, which is visible to everyone on the internet. So please only say what you are happy for the whole world to know.
