Southern Housing leaseholders will now have received a bill for there 2021/2022 service charges. Please tell us how much you pay so we can check for discrepancies

The service charges also seem to represent poor value for money.  For example, a resident of a three bedroom property in Sheppard House (owned by MTVH) pays £268 a year for block cleaning.  A resident of a three bedroom property in Hart House (owned by Southern) pays £571 a year for block cleaning.  Please come to our leaseholder meeting on Monday 24th July to discuss how we can challenge this
