Petitioning for better youth facilities

Thanks to everyone who helped our petitioning for better youth facilities in late June. Here are some of the stories we’ve heard

“I have three children and our kinds would love to play football and use the facilities” (Maskall Close)
“I have a teenage son and feel there is a lack of facilities for children in the area” (Burnell House)
“I know how useful it was for me grouwing up and I know beneficial it will be for the next and current generation” (Morrison House)
“When the academy was built it was promised that the Qube would be a benefit for the young people. It is a crime that they cannot now use it. The children and young adults are growing up here feeling that society does not care for them. How can they have a stake in society if they see scoeity does not care for them (Portland House)
“I have noticed there have been more and more young people hanging around the estates. In the past this has caused a lot of vandalism and anti social behaviour. It would be good if they had somewhere to hang” (Roycroft Close)
